Safe, Effective Exterior Cleaning for Your Home
Residential House Washing
We offer residential house washing on occasion for homeowners who want their entire exterior cleaned carefully and correctly. While we’re best known for paver restoration, we take great pride in our ability to deliver thorough, professional house washing using safe soft-wash methods and surface-appropriate techniques.
Scope of Work & Line-Item Services
Every surface is evaluated so we know when to use soft washing and when controlled pressure is appropriate. When we provide a house washing quote, we price only the services you request, and all work is itemized individually.

Our Approach to House Washing
We use professional soft washing and controlled pressure washing
methods, backed by years of hands-on experience. We know when low pressure is required, when specialized cleaning agents are needed, and when traditional pressure washing is appropriate for durable hard surfaces. Just as importantly, we know when pressure should not be used at all. We take our time, work methodically, and focus on doing the job right—not rushing through it. Protecting landscaping and vegetation is always a priority, and we take expertcare to ensure plants, grass, and surrounding areas are not harmed during the cleaning process.
What to Expect on Service Day
Most average-sized homes take approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours to wash, depending on size, layout, and condition. During that time, we clean carefully, communicate clearly, and leave the property looking refreshed and well cared for.

Add-On Services (Not Included in Standard House Washing)
Our standard house washing service includes the removal of organic material such as algae, mold, mildew, pollen, and general environmental buildup. Certain stains and residues, however, require specialized chemicals, additional labor, or hot water and are not included in base house washing pricing.
The following services are available as add-ons when identified during the
in-person assessment:
- Removal of old paint or stain residue from siding.
- Carbon and soot staining on chimneys from wood burning.
- Red clay staining on foundations or masonry.
- Rust stains on siding, concrete, or exterior surfaces.
- Food grease and cooking residue buildup
These conditions require specialty treatments and, in some cases, hot water and advanced degreasers. We are happy to address them, but they must be discussed during the assessment and approved as line items on the invoice. Add-on services are not performed automatically as part of standard house washing.

Faq's
Pressure washing uses higher PSI with lower water volume and is best for hard surfaces such as concrete, pavers, driveways, walkways, and retaining walls. Soft washing uses very low pressure combined with higher water volume and professional cleaning solutions. The chemicals do the cleaning, followed by a rinse.
Soft washing is used for siding, roofs, and killing organic growth such as algae, mold, and mildew.

Yes. A fully functional outdoor water spigot is required. During the cleaning portion of paver restoration, we ask homeowners to avoid using water inside the home (laundry, showers, dishes, irrigation, etc.) to ensure adequate pressure and flow.
We love pets, but all pet waste must be picked up before we arrive. For safety and sanitation reasons, we will not work in areas where pet waste is
present.
Protecting landscaping is a top priority. We pre-rinse, rinse during cleaning, and thoroughly rinse again afterward. During paver restoration, some joint sand may land in mulch beds. We rinse affected areas and apply a skim coat of mulch when the job is complete to leave the property clean.
